What Makes A Great Dealership?
What Makes A Great Dealership?

Reliable Ford has been serving our friends and neighbors in Fergus since 1940. We know a thing or two about vehicles, and we know a thing or two about people.
To make a great dealership, we believe you treat people how you would want to be treated. Don’t hassle or hound customers. Provide a large inventory for them to choose from, have a super financing team, and be sure to have a talented group of service technicians to keep vehicles safely on the road.
The Golden Rule
At Reliable Ford, we treat our customers the way we would want to be treated. We live and work in and around Fergus and have real connections with our customers. Many of us have children in school together or playing on the same sports teams. We buy groceries from the same grocery stores and visit the same veterinarians. We are a community, and that matters!
We know that purchasing a new car is a significant investment. Investments take time to consider. At Reliable Ford, we give you the space and time you need to think through all your options. We don’t follow you around the dealership, hounding and hassling you. We are here for you if you need us with factual information and advice based on years of experience and knowledge about our brand.
Inventory
When you’re buying a car, looking online and glossy brochures are a great starting point, but eventually, you’re going to need to see the vehicle for yourself. We keep a large inventory of both new and used vehicles because we believe you need to see all your options.
A large inventory is essential so that customers can see colors and trims, sit in the driver’s and passenger’s seats, play with all the features, and kick all the tires.
Financing
A great dealership needs a super-duper, number-crunching finance team, and at Reliable Ford, we have the best in the business. Our Finance Team wants to help you purchase a car you love with a financing agreement that will not break your budget.
We know how problematic it can be to talk finances with a stranger. One way you can feel more confident about your financial situation is to do a little research ahead of time.
The Ford Company has lots of online credit education tools available to help you feel more confident about your financial situation before you even get to the dealership. Learn about your credit score (and how you can improve it), budget for your new car purchase, figure out your trade-in value, and more.
Once you feel confident about your financing, you can apply for credit online, too.
These tools help take lots of the unknowns and guesswork out of your discussion with the finance team. By reviewing this information online before you come, you’ll have more information and confidence than you would otherwise.
Our team wants you to drive away happy, which means figuring out the best finance agreement for your budget.
Service Technicians
Once you’ve purchased a vehicle from Reliable Ford, our relationship is only beginning. You must keep your car road-worthy with regularly scheduled maintenance appointments.
Our talented service technicians are professionally trained on our brands and understand exactly what your car needs to be safe and reliable. With online scheduling to suit your schedule, we know you’ll be happy with the service our technicians provide.
Although we recommend and still offer COMPLIMENTARY pickup and drop-off service, we are pleased that our indoor waiting room is now open. Only four people are allowed in the waiting area at any one time, and masks are MANDATORY.
