Sara joined the Reliable Ford team in 2005. She has over 19 years experience in Sales and Finance. She provides each and every customer with an exceptional sales experience. Sara has won the Summit Award from 2014-2023, and in 2020 she has earned Ford's Peak Award.

Jonathan has been working in Automotive Sales since 1996 with the belief that purchasing or leasing a vehicle should be a pleasant and exciting experience. His commitment to customer satisfaction has made him an award winning Sales Consultant achieving the prestigious Summit Award from Ford for sales and customer satisfaction.

Tammy joined us in 2019 and has been selling in the automotive industry for over 20 years. She has brought exceptional customer service to our team and will go above and beyond for her customers. In her first year with Ford, Tammy achieved the prestigious Summit Award and continues to strive for excellence. Outside of work, Tammy loves to travel with her family & friends. She loves music and going to concerts, and is also an avid hockey fan. Her plan is to attend a Toronto Maple Leafs game in every NHL arena!

Will comes to the team bringing 5 years of sales experience with another 11 years of experience in service at his family’s repair shop. Will has traveled across the country representing major auto manufacturers at the Canadian International Auto Shows and loves giving everyone who walks through the door the best experience possible! In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snowmobiling, BBQing, and any form of motorsport racing that he can watch or participate in!

Kendra has been in the auto industry since graduating from the automotive business school in 2019. She brings many years of customer service experience, and she is dedicated to going the extra mile for all her customers. In her spare time, Kendra enjoys staying active, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Tammy joined our team in 2024 bringing her exceptional customer service skills. She has been in sales and finance in the automotive industry for 7 years now, and has over 30 years customer service experience in banking and insurance. When Tammy is not working she loves to spend her time kayaking, cycling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jim has over 40 years of Parts and Service dealership experience. He is also an avid NASCAR fan and likes to go camping!

Danielle started working in the automotive industry 14 years ago, and looks forward to continue providing excellent customer service for your automotive needs. She always puts the customers needs first and works very hard to earn trusting relationships with her customers. Outside of work, Danielle loves to travel to Daytona Beach and the Caribbean with her family, as well as attending Nascar Races, and Concerts.

Blair joined our team in February 2024 and has been in the auto industry for 22 years. His passion to help people has played a vital role to our team. When Blair isn't found smiling behind the service counter you can find him spending time with his dog 'Cheech' and family. He's a big music lover and enjoys sitting down and listening to his extensive record collection. When outdoors he enjoys gardening and archery.

Hello, my name is Kyle and I am the Senior Service Advisor in the Service department, I have been in the industry for over 10 years now. I grew up in Fergus and went to C.W.D.H.S, I reside in Guelph now but enjoy spending my time walking the Cataract trail way on my days off. I have an assortment of hobbies that keep me busy when I am not at my desk in Service such as rock climbing, hiking, photography, reading, traveling, and camping. I look forward to continuing to service your vehicles and provide you all with the best possible customer service!

Richard has been with Ford for 25 years. He became a Ford Master Technician in 2005 and joined our Reliable team in 2009. Richard has a won Ford's Summit Award for technician's multiply times over the years. He loves camping and coaching his daughter's minor league hockey team.

Kyle has been a huge asset to our team since he joined us in May 2012. Kyle has been a Ford Master Technician since 2015.

Wade started working at Reliable November 2016. He has become a Ford licensed technician during that time. Wade is one of the biggest car enthusiasts and loves modified fast cars. Wade comes from a huge family! His hobbies are anything to do with ripping apart cars or engines.
